In this action for use and occupancy payments and for damages for, inter alia, breach of a commercial lease, the matter was referred to an attorney trial referee (referee) who filed a report, on the basis of which the trial court subsequently rendered judgment in favor of the defendants, Fairfield County Paving, LLC, Domenic DAttilo and Tony Dilorio.
