McLACHLAN, J.

The plaintiff, Data-Flow Technologies, LLC, initiated this action to recover payments for its maintenance of computer equipment owned by the defendant, Harte Nissan, Inc. The defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff. The defendant claims that (1) the court improperly accepted conclusions of fact in the attorney fact finder’s report 2 and (2) the fact finder improperly admitted and considered certain evidence. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
