In this foreclosure action, the plaintiff, Clem Martone Construction, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting its request for attorney’s fees in which the court awarded an amount less than the plaintiff requested. The plaintiff claims that the court erred by applying the incorrect legal standard to determine the amount of attorney’s fees due and, thus, improperly excluded from its award attorney’s fees for the defense of the counterclaim filed by the defendants Patrick DePino and Gina DePino.1 The defendants cross appeal from the judgment of foreclosure by…
