Reversing.

The appellant, the Pennyroyal Company, was the owner of an apartment and store building in Hopkins-ville, Ky. The appellees, Mrs. Prances H. Jordan and Mrs. Alice J. Caruthers, occupied, as tenants, one of the store rooms. The building was destroyed by fire in November, 1927, as was also the stock of millinery owned by the appellees. In a suit against the landlord for the value of the goods so destroyed, the tenants recovered a judgment for $5,000.
