M.P. appeals the termination of his parental rights to the minor children C.P.V.Y., B.Y. and C.C.P.L. M.P. raises seven issues for our consideration. In issues one through five, M.P. attacks the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting the trial court’s findings. In issue six, M.P. asserts that the trial court violated his constitutional rights by terminating his parental rights when he was unable to be physically present during the trial.
