This matter came before the court on December 14, 2011, for oral argument on Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction to enjoin Defendants from interfering with Plaintiffs’ 24-hour occupation of the State House grounds, including sleeping on the State House grounds, and the use of sleeping bags and tents.
