In an action by a business broker for a finder's fee, inter alia, based upon an alleged contract relating to the acquisition by defendant of another company, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 31, 1978, which denied its motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements.
