FRIENDLY, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff Norton J. Lehman is a California attorney who devotes most of his professional time to working as a “finder” of corporate acquisition deals, primarily concerning cable television companies. During the period in which the events described herein took place, Lehman maintained his office in Beverly Hills, California. Defendant Dow Jones & Company, Inc.
