This was a suit by Nicholas J. Sherman and Mary A. Sherman, his wife, against the Hartford Life Insurance Company, to recover a balance alleged, to remain unpaid upon a policy issued by the company to plaintiffs upon the life of their minor son, Bay M. Sherman, who died August 17, 1901, as the result of an accident. By withdrawals the declaration was reduced to an amended first count and the common counts.
