The plaintiffs Buffington, husband and wife, sued to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained by Mrs. Buffington when she was attacked and bitten by defendants’ dog. From a judgment awarding said plaintiffs the sum of $5,268 and costs, and from an order denying his motion for a new trial, defendant Edward 0. Nicholson has perfected this appeal.
