GLENN A. NORTON, Presiding Judge.

Auto Services, Inc. appeals the judgment denying its motion to stay proceedings brought against it in circuit court by John Swain and compel arbitration in Arkansas. We reverse and remand.

I. BACKGROUND

Swain, a Missouri resident, bought an automobile from a dealership in Missouri. Through the dealership, Swain also purchased a vehicle service plan from Auto Services, an Arkansas corporation.
