We have for consideration the appeal of Ronald Altman, David Dolgenos and Norman Feinberg, individually and doing business as Gateside-Bryn Mawr Company, from the decision and final order of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, in which the commission found that appellants had committed unlawful discriminatory practices in violation of section 5(h) of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P. L. 744, as amended, 43 PS §955 (h), in that they had refused to rent commercial housing in the Broadlawn Apartments to Kenneth D. Hill and his wife because of their…
