THE COURT.
This is a proceeding to review the recommendation of the Review Department of the State Bar Court that petitioner Samuel Brown Ridge be suspended from the practice of law for three years, that the order of suspension be stayed, and that hé be placed on probation for three years on conditions including two years’ actual suspension. Petitioner was admitted to the practice of law in 1974 and has no prior disciplinary record. The present disciplinary proceedings arise out of his conduct in three separate matters.
