Petitioners, four in number, unsuccessfully sought payment of disability benefits under section 2656 of the Unemployment Insurance Code. They appeal from a judgment (denying a peremptory writ of mandate) which sustained the action of the respondent board.
The background facts are without dispute. Petitioners were employed by North American Aviation Company; while so employed they became ill and unable to work.
