WINTER, District Judge.
One of the defendants in the above case, Harry Goody, Jr., has moved to suppress his written confession, given to-special agents of the Federal Bureau of' Investigation. Mr. Goody alleged, and testified before the Court, that he was an heroin addict. Mr. Goody asserted that, the confession was procured as a result, of improper and illegal inducements made' to him by representatives of the FBI.
