HYDE, Judge.

Action for $137,500 damages for personal injuries under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 51-60. Verdict and judgment were for plaintiff for $72,-847.96. However, the Court sustained defendant’s motion to set aside the verdict and judgment and entered judgment for defendant dismissing the action on the ground that defendant was not subject to service of process in this state.
