¶ 1 Steven Frempong appeals pro se from an order entering an in rem judgment in favor of First Union Mortgage Corporation for the unpaid balance on his mortgage plus interest, a total of $62,-591.69, together with all other costs and charges associated with foreclosure and sale of the property. This case, involving an otherwise unremarkable mortgage foreclosure action, presents a cautionary tale regarding outrageous abuse of our legal system in order to delay collection of a debt.
