¶ 1 Carol A. Jones (“Wife”) appeals from the decree entered April 6, 2004, by the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. On appeal, Wife claims that the trial court erred in forcing her to sign the Property Settlement Agreement (“PSA”) drafted by Harold W.
