Phyllis Elam, on behalf of her minor daughter Kamea Golay, appeals a district court judgment affirming the Commission er’s termination of supplemental security income benefits. The parties have waived oral argument and this panel unanimously agrees that oral argument is not needed. See Fed. R.App. P. 34(a).
