The Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denied social security benefits to the Claimant, Donald D. Norman (“Norman”), in the above-captioned case. Norman sought judicial review of the Commissioner’s decision, and this Court referred the case to Magistrate Judge Gregory A. White (“Judge White”) for preparation of a Report and Recommendation (“R & R”) pursuant to Local Rule 72.2(b)(1) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B).
