Assumpsit.—Appeal from the Circuit Court of Peoria County; the Hon. Leslie D. Puterbaugh, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the April term, 1900.

This was a suit by appellee against appellant to recover the price of certain seeders sold and delivered bjr appellee to appellant. The proof showed that under the contract there was $102 due therefor, and the court instructed the jury to return a verdict for plaintiff for that sum. This was done, and judgment ivas rendered accordingly, and defendant appeals. The verdict was correct, unless - the court below erred in refusing to admit certain evidence, offered by defendant to establish recoupment or set-off.
