J.—This is an appeal from a judgment authorizing the dismissal and discharge of Earl Dillon from his employment as a permanent teacher of the Fresno City High School District. The judgment was rendered after a demurrer to defendant’s answer to the first cause of action in the complaint had been sustained and a motion for judgment on the pleadings on the first cause of action had been granted. Nothing seems to have been done as to a second cause of action contained in the complaint.
