This is a bill filed by George P. Nroecker and George W. Tucker, of the city of Camden, as complainants, on behalf of themselves and numerous other residents and property owners of said city, among whom are those whose affidavits are annexed to the *375bill, to enjoin the defendant, the Camden Coke Company, from operating its works in said city in such a manner as to produce smoke, cinders, gases, soot, dirt, tar, odors and vapors offensive and injurious to the health and comfort of the complainants and their families, and to the depreciation of their real estate.
