OPINION

MARGARET GARNER MIRABAL, Justice.

Appellant, Oscar Garcia, was charged by information with the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated. After his mo tion to suppress was denied, appellant pled nolo contendere and was sentenced, in accordance with an agreed recommendation from the State, to 180 days in jail, probated for one year, and a $250 fine. In three issues, appellant complains the trial court erroneously denied his motion to suppress. We affirm.
