(after stating the facts as above). Joseph W. Isherwood, an English naval architect, is the inventor of a new method of ship construction. It in*927volves the use of transverse frames having a depth and spacing substantially the same or greater thán the large transverse frames of the web frame system, formerly in vogue, and substitutes for "the intermediate framing of that system a multiplicity of relatively small and closely spaced longitudinal frames.
