MEMORANDUM OPINION

This Memorandum Opinion constitutes the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law under Bankruptcy Rule 7052 with respect to the trial on December 18, 1986.

Gerrald W. Nance (“Nance” or “Defendant”) filed for bankruptcy on approximately April 10, 1985. On July 22, 1985, Borg Warner Central Environmental Systems, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint to determine the dischargeability of Nance’s debt to it.
