MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JAMES R. MILLER, Jr., District Judge.
Telco Leasing, Inc. (Telco) has appealed from the final order of the Bankruptcy Court 1 which declared Telco’s judgment against the debtor, John Henry Patch, IV, to be dischargeable in bankruptcy. Both Telco 2 and Patch 3 have filed briefs, and the court concludes that no hearing is necessary. Local Bankruptcy Rule 57.
Telco commenced an adversary proceeding to determine the dischargeability of a debt owed to it by Patch, as established by a federal court judgment rendered in Illinois. According to Telco, the debt is non-dischargeable…
