Robert P. and Wesley Ann Jordan appeal from a district court order affirming a bankruptcy court’s determination that their debt to the Southeast National Bank is nondischargeable' under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B). In concluding that the Jor-dans’ debt to Southeast is nondischargeable, the bankruptcy court found that the Jordans had intentionally submitted materially false financial statements to Southeast, and that these statements had induced Southeast to lend the Jordans $212,-000.
