LAMOUTTE, Bankruptcy Judge.

Pro se appellant Abraham Rasparían, Jr. (“Rasparían”) appeals the order en tered on August 22, 2006, dismissing his complaint objecting to the Debtor’s discharge. The bankruptcy court granted the Debtor’s motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. For the reasons set forth below, the bankruptcy court’s decision dismissing the complaint is hereby affirmed.
