HAINES, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Cadle Company, as General Partner of D.A.N. Joint Venture, L.P. (“Cadle”), appeals the bankruptcy court’s order dismissing its complaint to revoke the chapter 7 discharge of Rolf Andersen pursuant to § 727(d)(1) and (3).1 For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM.

BACKGROUND

Andersen filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition in May 2009. He scheduled Cadle as holding a $1,183,614 unsecured claim. The deadline for filing complaints objecting to Andersen’s discharge was initially set for August 7, 2009. On Cadle’s motion, that deadline was extended to September 12, 2009.…
