On December 18, 2015, the bankruptcy court entered an order (the “Sale Order”) approving the sale of substantially all of the assets of the debtor, Old Cold, LLC, formerly known as Tempnology, LLC (the “Debtor”),1 to Schleicher & Stebbins Hotels, L.L.C. (“S&S”).
