FORSBERG, Judge.

Appellant Murray P. Harris sued respondents Mardan Business Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Mardan US”); Mar-dan Business Systems, Inc., an Ontario corporation (“Mardan Canada”); Thomas D. Marshall; and John T. Lumsden for damages arising from the termination of Harris’ employment. Harris initially alleged a variety of claims, and then sought to amend the complaint and add claims for breach of contract and punitive damages. Respondents denied the allegations, counterclaimed to force the sale of Harris’ stock, and moved for summary judgment on all but Harris’ claim…
