MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter comes before the Court as a Motion for Summary Judgment by the defendant on the basis that as a matter of law it is not liable for the injuries to the plaintiff because the fleet of buses it manages and operates is owned by the State of Connecticut.
