OPINION

FRANK C. PRICE, Justice.

This is an interlocutory appeal, brought by the State after the trial court granted defendant, George Guo’s, motion to suppress. See Tex.Code Crim. PROC. Ann. art. 44.01(a)(5) (Vernon Supp.2001). We affirm.
