MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GETZENDANNER, District Judge:

This is a civil rights class action, on behalf of the class of correctional officers and supervisors at the Cook County Department of Corrections (“DOC”), challenging the constitutionality of a compulsory urine testing program. The program compels all correctional employees, on pain of termination, to submit urine specimens for the purpose of drug testing.
