| Appellant Antonio Deshaun Sartin appeals the order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court denying his petition for postcon-viction relief filed pursuant to Rule 37.1 of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure. The circuit court did not hold a hearing and denied the petition based on its review of the petition, the files, and the record of the case.
