Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which dismissed petitioner from his employment as a State Trooper.
Petitioner, a State Trooper, was served with 25 charges of misconduct emanating mainly from his long-term relationship with Barbara Trayner, who allegedly used stolen checks and money orders to pay for trips and expenses for herself and petitioner.
