Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Broome County) to review a determination of respondent Richard A. Bucci which terminated petitioner’s employment.

Petitioner was appointed to a permanent position on the police force of respondent City of Binghamton in 2000.
