Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which dismissed petitioner from the Division of State Police.
Petitioner, a State Trooper, was served with charges and specifications relating to five separate incidents of misconduct and violation of various regulations of the State Police in the period between May 11, 1987 and September 12, 1987.
