COLEMAN, J.
A Richmond ordinance prohibits loitering in a public place “under circumstances manifesting the purpose of engaging in prostitution.” Curtis Coleman appeals his conviction under that ordinance and argues that the statute is overbroad, un constitutionally vague, and violative of his fifth amendment rights. He also argues that even if the ordinance is constitutional, the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction.
