TURNAGE, Presiding Judge.

The State Highway Commission brought suit to acquire 19 acres owned by Donald F. Willsey for right-of-way for 1 — 470. The commissioners awarded Willsey $18,500 and on the trial of his exceptions, a jury awarded Willsey $20,000. This appeal by Willsey follows.
