WEIER, Commissioner.
Plaintiff, Gertrude Hammack, sought and obtained a verdict and judgment in the sum of $10,000.00 against the defendant, Roy White, for personal injuries which plaintiff sustained as the result of an automobile collision. Defendant has appealed.
