M. B. Carpenter, as executor of the estate of A. H. Carpenter, deceased, has appealed from a judgment for damages for the reasonable rental value of real property which was rendered against the estate incident to a suit for unlawful detention of the property instituted pursuant to section 1161a of the Code of Civil Procedure. The appeal is presented on the judgment roll alone. The evidence is not before this court.
