On November 16, 1961, plaintiff Dorothy Ann Catlett, filed her petition in District Court of Oklahoma County against defendant, John Cross Catlett, to recover judgment for delinquent child support payments directed in a divorce decree entered in the Juvenile Court of Dallas County, Texas on September 7, 1955.
