This is an appeal from a jury verdict in a contract action and a cross-appeal from the trial court’s determination of the applicable statute of limitations and denial of prejudgment interest. Plaintiff-Appellant Firestone Tire and Rubber Company [Firestone] appeals entry of final judgment after a jury verdict awarding damages against Firestone on Defendants-Cross Appellants’ counterclaim.
