OPALA, Justice:

The appeal presents three issues: [1] Did the trial court’s transfer of child custody from the father to the mother constitute a valid exercise of power to modify prior custodial arrangements? [2] Was there error in declaring the mother entitled to continued support alimony due under a foreign divorce decree? and [3] Did the trial court err in denying the father’s plea for reduction of his spousal support obligation imposed by an out-of-state decree?
