MEMORANDUM

ECHOLS, District Judge.

Plaintiffs filed this Complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988, § 1985 and § 1986 alleging that Defendants violated their constitutional rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Eighth, Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution (Counts I, II & III).
