UNDERHILL, District Judge.

The United States of America (“the Government”), brings this action under the Federal Debt Collections Procedures Act (“FDCPA”), 28 U.S.C. § 3301, et seq., in connection with a restitution order entered in a previous criminal case against the pro se defendant Gary Moore.
