This is a suit by Sandi Lazette, a former employee of the defendant Célico Partner*751ship, d/b/a Verizon Wireless (Verizon),, and her supervisor, defendant Kulmatycki. The gravamen of the action is that, after plaintiff left Verizon’s employee and returned her company-issued blackberry (which she used and refers to in her complaint as her “phone”), Kulmatycki, during the ensuing eighteen months, read without her knowledge or authorization 48,000 emails sent to plaintiffs personal g-mail account.
