Certiorari to review an order of the industrial commission denying the petition of the relator, Alice V. Engsell,' for compensation for the death of her husband.

The husband, Samuel J. Engsell, was killed in an automobile accident on January 13, 1927. At the time of his death he was in the employ of Northern Motor Company as an automobile salesman, working on a commission basis.
